DivorcePros do not provide any assistance to clients to negotiate the terms of a divorce settlement. For DivorcePros to be able to assist a client with drafting an finalising a settlement agreement document which can be used to obtain a final divorce order, the client is responsible for obtaining agreement from his/her spouse on all aspects including (but not limited to) the division of fixed and movable property, cash & retirement savings. If you have minor children (under 18) you must agree on residency, visitation, maintenance payments and responsibility for the payment of all costs regarding the upkeep of the minor children.

We will, however provide the client with advice on the terms to facilitate reaching what we consider a fair and equitable agreement, and should the client decide to amend any of the terms, the client is responsible for negotiating such amendments with his/her spouse.
